Codex Updater End-User License Agreement

Codex Updater is an internal software tool used by Statue.com for accounting, reconciliation, and related administrative purposes.

The application is intended only for authorized Statue.com personnel and is not offered for public or third-party use.

By using Codex Updater, authorized users agree that:

The application may access Statue.com business and accounting data, including data from QuickBooks Online, for legitimate internal business purposes.
The application may be used to analyze, reconcile, review, and, when specifically authorized, update accounting records.
Access to the application is limited to authorized users.
Users must protect all login credentials, access tokens, and other confidential information associated with the application.
The application is provided for internal business use and is used at the discretion of Statue.com.

Codex Updater may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time by Statue.com.

To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranties of any kind.
