Codex Updater is an internal application used by Statue.com for accounting reconciliation and business administration.

Codex Updater may access business and accounting information from services used by Statue.com, including QuickBooks Online.

  • Accounting transactions

  • Bank deposits and payments

  • Customer and vendor transaction information

  • Account balances

  • Transaction identifiers

  • Related accounting records necessary for reconciliation

How Information Is Used

Information accessed by Codex Updater is used only for legitimate Statue.com business purposes, including:

  • Accounting reconciliation

  • Identifying transaction discrepancies

  • Reviewing deposits, fees, refunds, and transfers

  • Correcting accounting records when specifically authorized

  • Internal reporting and recordkeeping

Data Sharing

Codex Updater does not sell personal or business information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored application data may be deleted when it is no longer required, subject to applicable accounting, tax, legal, or business record-retention requirements.

Access to connected services such as QuickBooks Online may be revoked when the application is no longer in use.
