A beautiful marble statue of Narcissus replica sculpture. This Narcissus sculpture is almost 25" tall and can be placed on a 36 column at the entry way. Made of bonded Alabaster and mounted to a genuine Alabaster base. This is a replica of Narcissus with a pelt tied around his shoulder from Vicolo del Balcon Pensile in Pompeii. The original was a bronze sculpture that was found at Pompeii. The myth of Narcissus is one of the popular Greek Myths, due to its unique and moral tale of Narcissus, was the son of River God Sepsis and nymph Lyriope. He was known for his beauty and to his extraordinary physique as shown in the fine art sculpture of Narcissus.
